The Shipping Policy outlined below pertains exclusively to purchases made from Balwin Padel. Our policy is designed to ensure the accurate and secure delivery of all orders placed through our online store. Orders surpassing R750 are eligible for complimentary shipping, while those below R750 will incur a shipping fee of R80 per shipment. It's important to note that exceedingly remote areas may necessitate an additional delivery charge.

We exclusively deliver products to physical addresses within the Republic of South Africa. While Balwin Padel endeavors to meet specified delivery times for all orders, please be aware that delivery times are indicative only. Occasionally, factors beyond our control may result in delayed deliveries.

Upon confirmation of your order, we will dispatch a unique order number via email, allowing you to track the status of your order. Once your address has been confirmed, no alterations to the specified address and/or delivery option can be accommodated.

In instances where your delivery address is remote or delivery is deemed unfeasible, we reserve the right to contact customers to arrange alternative delivery methods or timelines, or to cancel the order altogether.

To safeguard your purchase, the carrier will deliver solely to the specified address and to you or an individual designated on the delivery notes of the order, authorized to accept the parcel. The courier may request proof of identity from the recipient if specified in the order notes. The recipient will be required to sign the waybill to confirm receipt of the parcel in undamaged and satisfactory condition. Proof of ID may be requested for authentication purposes.

In the unlikely event of parcel damage, the recipient can inspect the parcel in the presence of the driver and note any breakages, damages, or missing items on the courier's waybill. Both parties—the courier and the recipient—must co-sign against this indication. If the recipient chooses to accept the damaged parcel, the waybill will denote receipt of a damaged parcel, with both parties co-signing. Alternatively, the recipient can return the parcel, specifying reasons for return on the waybill, with both parties co-signing against this indication. Balwin Padel reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and terminate accounts at the company's discretion
