We extend a 14-day return and exchange policy, allowing you a month from receipt of your item to initiate such requests. It's important to note that certain items like Rackets, Balls, Grips, and Gift cards are non-returnable.
For a return or exchange to be processed, the item must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition, with tags intact. Additionally, you'll need to furnish a receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon receiving and assessing your item, we will communicate the outcome via email.
We endeavor to dispatch orders swiftly, typically within one working day. Orders placed before 3 pm are dispatched on the same day. Delivery usually spans one to three working days.
Orders exceeding R750 enjoy complimentary shipping, whereas those below R750 incur a R80 shipping fee per shipment. Please be aware that exceedingly remote areas might entail an additional delivery charge.
While you are responsible for return shipping costs, we cover these expenses in the case of exchanges. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend employing a traceable shipping service and securing shipping insurance. Responsibility for the goods remains with you until they are received and acknowledged by us.
Please examine your order upon arrival and promptly notify us of any concerns such as defects, damages, or incorrect items.
After evaluating your returned item, we will inform you of the refund approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed through our third-party payment system and may require up to five working days to reflect on your credit card or original payment method.
Remember, refunds and exchanges are ineligible for Rackets, Balls, Grips, or Gift Cards unless they exhibit a manufacturing defect.
