These Are All the New Pairs for Finland P2

Significant changes have occurred in the padel world over the past week, resulting in numerous new pairings following the split of Martin Di Nenno and Franco Stupaczuk.

New pairs:

  • Juan Lebron and Martin Di Nenno
  • Franco Stupaczuk and Mike Yanguas
  • Paquito Navarro and Pablo Cardona
  • Javi Garrido and Alex Ruiz
  • Momo Gonzalez and Edu Alonso

These new teams will debut at the Finland P2 tournament at the end of the month.

Alex Ruiz's New Partner Several padel partnerships, including Di Nenno and Stupaczuk, have recently split. Alex Ruiz is now confirmed to team up with Javi Garrido.

The "Superpibes," Di Nenno and Stupa, played together in 2023 and part of 2024 but parted ways after underwhelming results. Di Nenno will partner with Juan Lebron, while Stupaczuk teams up with Mike Yanguas. Javi Garrido, previously without a partner, will join Alex Ruiz. They will compete in the P2 tournament in Finland at the month's end, seeded fifth. Momo Gonzalez will partner with Eduardo Alonso.

Lebrón and Di Nenno Register Last Minute - Top Players Missing The first Premier Padel competition in the Nordic region, a P2 tournament in Finland, will take place in a few weeks. Martin Di Nenno and Juan Lebrón will participate, seeded first, due to the absence of top pairs Coello/Tapia and Galán/Chingotto. Miguel Yanguas pairs with Franco Stupaczuk, and Paquito Navarro teams up with Pablo Cardona. On the women's side, Gemma Triay and Claudia Fernandez are missing. Registration for the competition is now closed.

Stupa and Yanguas Already Training Together Franco Stupaczuk and Mike Yanguas shared their first training session as a new duo via a photo. The Argentine and the Spaniard will debut at the Finland P2 tournament. Following the "Superpibes" split, Stupaczuk has partnered with Yanguas, who had an impressive 2024 season. Coach Carlos Pozzoni is also in the photo, leading the new project.

Martín Di Nenno has not yet officially announced his new partnership with Juan Lebrón, though they are registered for the Finland tournament. Other new pairs, such as Paquito-Cardona, Garrido-Ruiz, and Alonso-Momo, will debut that week as well.
