About the role:
As an Assistant Club Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations — supporting daily club management, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring our venue runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day club operations (check-ins, Playtomic bookings, Yoco transactions)

  • Support with events, Americanos, and tournaments

  • Maintain a premium facility standard (cleanliness, court readiness, hospitality)

  • Build strong relationships with players and community members

  • Assist the Club Manager and coaching team with scheduling and admin tasks

Requirements:

  • Friendly, professional, and reliable

  • Strong people and communication skills

  • Good organisational and problem-solving abilities

  • Availability for shifts (early mornings, evenings, weekends)

  • Interest or experience in padel, tennis, or sports management is a plus
