🕐 Full-time Position

Balwin Padel Thaba is on the lookout for a passionate, energetic, and hands-on Head Coach to lead coaching, events, operations, and community at one of our flagship padel destinations!

🎾 The club features 4x outdoor courts and 2x covered courts! 

🌟 Your Role Includes:
• Delivering top-tier coaching for all player levels
• Growing and engaging a vibrant padel community
• Supporting events, Americanos, and activation during off-peak hours

💼 We’re Looking For:
• A passion for padel and coaching excellence
• A friendly, social, and approachable personality
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Basic Playtomic knowledge (bonus)
• Previous coaching or club management experience (advantageous)
