Balwin Padel Mooikloof is on the lookout for a passionate, energetic and hands-on General Manager to lead operations, events, and community at our newest padel destination!

🎾 The club currently features outdoor courts, with an exciting upgrade to indoor courts planned in the coming months — a perfect opportunity to grow with us from the ground up.

💼 What You'll Be Doing:

✅ Oversee daily club operations and ensure everything runs smoothly
✅ Manage bookings, Playtomic, POS system & staff schedules
✅ Host weekly Americanos and assist with social events & tournaments
✅ Set up social matches and keep the energy on court high
✅ Build community through fun, regular activations
✅ Be the welcoming, recognisable face of Mooikloof
✅ Drive court utilization — especially during off-peak times
✅ Collaborate with the marketing team to attract and retain players
✅ Promote coaching, padel gear, and club programs

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

  • A deep love for padel or racket sports 🎾

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills 💼

  • Excellent communication and people skills 🫶

  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends

  • Experience in events, sport, or hospitality is a bonus!
